Information on data protection and inventory & usage data:
Each request for an internet file will result in the following access data being stored by HA Hessen Agentur GmbH:
- The page from which the file was requested
- The name of the file accessed
- The date and time of the request
- The volume of data transferred
- The access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)
- A description of the web browser type and where applicable the operating system used
- The IP address of the requesting computer
The stored data is required exclusively for technical and statistical purposes; any comparison with other data inventories or passing on to third parties is expressly excluded. Cookies may be used within the framework of the web presence of Aktionslinie Hessen-IT. The use of these can be switched off by adjusting the settings in the browser program of the individual user.
The stored data is statistically evaluated and deleted every six months according to the principle of purpose limitation. Utilisation of the scope and services on offer (e.g. the ordering of information and newsletters as well as independent database entries) by the user takes place on an explicitly voluntary basis. Personal data such as name and address details is deleted immediately by Hessen-IT upon purpose fulfilment. The user is able to delete any entries that he or she has personally added to the supplier database of Hessen-IT at any time after entering the password that he or she has chosen.
The email addresses used for sending the newsletter are stored in databases belonging to HA Hessen Agentur GmbH and are used for no purpose other than sending the newsletter. Subscribers to the newsletter can cancel their subscription at any time. This automatically deletes the email addresses accordingly.
In all cases (e.g. placing orders, newsletter, inquiries, personal database entries), personal data provided (in particular name, email address, postal address) is only used in order to send the required publications or information, or for processing in accordance with the express purpose stipulated on the respective form. Where a response to the inquiry is required, data entered shall be forwarded to the department responsible within Aktionslinie Hessen-IT. The data shall not be passed on to third parties.
